Hand Crafted

Hand-made wine means small barrel fermentation and fine craftsmanship. While maintaining the original flavor of the grapes, it develops its unique flavor, showing the special charm that winemaking style and technology bring to wine. Adhering to the spirit of craftsmanship brings not only high-quality goods, but also the inheritance, development and dissemination of traditional crafts and classical wine-making culture.

Fermented according to 20 liters/standard barrels, the cycle is 4-8 weeks. After the wine is finished, it must be filled within 3 months, and then cellared in the own wine cellar. Adjust the storage conditions according to our instructions and start enjoying your wine.

Classical Craftsmanship

Traditional classical winemaking techniques: focus on preserving the natural flavor and maintaining the balance of acidity, alcohol, tannins and body, to achieve "fresh color, mellow aroma, soft in the mouth, and long aftertaste". More than 20 years of experience and the special flavor brought by the ancient winemaking method are important reasons for you to choose us.

Inherited from the Appassimento method of the Italian winemaker: the use of concentrated grape juice and dried grape skins and seeds after natural air-dried grapes are used to assist fermentation, making the wine body, tannins, color and fruity more full-bodied, and the structure is more balanced .
